For customers in the UK and Northern Ireland, orders under £55 are sent by Royal Mail 'Recorded (Signed for) Delivery' - Most First Class Recorded items arrive by the next working day. Orders over £55.00 are sent postage free.
Orders placed in December and January are sent postage free.

My postage days are Monday,Wednesday and Friday but I can be flexible, let me know if you are in hurry (you can find my mobile on contact page.

For International Delivery please contact me as regards delivery prices and timescales.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that some designs can take up to 2 weeks to make and dispatch.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason)

YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM/S WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE

(postage at your own cost) for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that I do not refund postage charges, and the cost of free postage for orders over £50 will be deducted from the the refund amount.

I'm afraid items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty, as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website. This also applies to items listed on the website that have been modified to the customer's own specifications.
